1. Data Collection

Location Data: We collect your device's location only when you allow it. This is used strictly to:

• Show the nearest operational fire hydrants.
• Display your location on the map for better usability.
• Assist rescue units in quickly finding water sources during emergencies.

Camera and Media Access: The app may request access to either your device camera or your photo gallery. This access is used for uploading images of hydrants during inspection. The app does not access your media or photos without your explicit permission.

Crash Logs & App Usage: We may collect anonymous crash reports and app usage data via third-party tools like Expo or Firebase to improve app performance.

2. Use of Information

The collected data is used exclusively to support the operational work of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (ДСНС України), including:

• Accounting and inventory of fire hydrants.
• Inspection and validation of hydrant conditions.
• Supporting firefighting and rescue operations.
• Improving usability and user experience.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely on cloud servers with access control.
• HTTPS encryption is used for all transmission.
• JWT-based authentication is used where applicable.
• No personal identifiers like email, name, or region are collected or stored.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. All information is used strictly for internal operational purposes. No advertising SDKs are used.

5. Your Rights and Control

• You may disable location or camera access in your device settings at any time.
• You may request deletion of submitted hydrant photos by contacting us.
• You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

1. Збір даних

Геолокація: Збір координат пристрою відбувається лише за вашої згоди. Це потрібно для:

• Визначення найближчих справних гідрантів.
• Відображення вашої позиції на мапі.
• Допомоги пожежно-рятувальним підрозділам у надзвичайних ситуаціях.

Доступ до камери або галереї: Застосунок може запитувати доступ до камери або фото, лише з вашого дозволу. Використовується для перевірки гідрантів.

Журнали помилок: Можемо збирати анонімні звіти про збої через Expo/Firebase.

2. Використання даних

Вся інформація використовується виключно для:

• Підтримки роботи ДСНС України.
• Обліку, перевірки та інвентаризації гідрантів.
• Допомоги у надзвичайних ситуаціях.
• Покращення досвіду користування застосунком.

3. Зберігання та безпека даних

• Зберігання на захищених хмарних серверах.
• Шифрування HTTPS та автентифікація JWT.
• Ми не збираємо ПІБ, емейл або район користувача.

4. Передача даних

Дані не продаються, не передаються і не здаються в оренду. Рекламні SDK не використовуються.

5. Права користувача

• Можна відкликати дозвіл у будь-який час.
• Можна видалити фото за запитом.

6. Конфіденційність дітей

Додаток не призначений для дітей до 13 років. Ми не збираємо жодної інформації від дітей.
